EMS輸送系統應用于汽車(chē)焊裝、涂裝、總裝、工程機械、倉儲等行業(yè)的自動(dòng)化物流輸送，可實(shí)現自動(dòng)上、下件與線(xiàn)邊設備的自動(dòng)對接，實(shí)現各種工藝動(dòng)作，且在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應用。EMS自行小車(chē)可分成鋁合金軌道、H型鋼（騎乘式）以及工字鋼，EMS輸送系統組成：鋼結構系統（立柱、輔梁、走臺、護網(wǎng)、欄桿）、軌道系統（行走軌道、支撐件）、電控系統（地面主控、隨車(chē)電控、滑線(xiàn)供電及通訊、電纜橋架等）、行走小車(chē)系統、升降系統（葫蘆提升、四帶提升）、吊具系統等。運行速度為0~60m/min,起升重量50KG~15000KG,可采用自動(dòng)+手動(dòng)控制方式，可實(shí)現工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化、信息化的要求。
